This agreement is entered into between ReadManga and you regarding ReadManga services and other related matters, and has contractual effect.

By clicking to agree to this agreement, you are deemed to have confirmed that you have the corresponding rights and legal capacity to enjoy ReadManga services, purchase subscriptions, etc., and can independently assume legal responsibilities.

Minors under the age of 18 should be accompanied by their legal guardians to review and fulfill their rights and obligations under this agreement. The exercise and fulfillment of rights and obligations by minors under this agreement shall be deemed to have been recognized by their legal guardians.

You should carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this agreement before using ReadManga services, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, as well as the separate agreements for opening or using a certain service.

You understand and agree that as long as you use the ReadManga service, this agreement shall be binding on you. At that time, you should not claim that this agreement is invalid or request its revocation on the grounds of not reading the content of this agreement. You promise to accept and abide by the provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the provisions of this agreement, you shall immediately cease the registration process or stop using the ReadManga service.

1、 Definition

1.1 [This Agreement]: The agreement between you and ReadManga regarding the use of ReadManga related services.

1.2 [ReadManga Services]: ReadManga legally owns and operates a client application named "ReadManga Comics" (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "ReadManga Platform") and its related services.

1.3 [User]: The user of ReadManga related services, referred to as "you" in this agreement.

1.4 [Service Provider]: HONG KONG YIMAN TECHNOLOGY CO., LIMITED, which provides you with services such as searching and reading comics.

1.5 [Services]: Refers to the products and services provided by ReadManga to you when you access ReadManga or use ReadManga products or services, use ReadManga's mobile client, or use software related to any of the aforementioned. The service content under this agreement includes but is not limited to free online reading for users, free reading for user registration, and paid reading for user registration. With the development of the business, ReadManga has the final interpretation right for the services provided and the added content.

1.6 [Privacy Policy]: Refers to the privacy policy published by ReadManga through the ReadManga platform as described in Article 9 of this Agreement, including the "Privacy Policy (including Cookie Policy)" and the "Children's Privacy Policy".

2、 Rights and obligations

（1） Your rights and obligations

2.1 You understand and agree that:

2.1.1 During the process of registering an account or using this service, you may need to fill in some necessary information. If there are special provisions in national laws and regulations, you need to fill in your true identity information. If the information provided by the user is incomplete, they will not be able to use this service or will be restricted during use.

2.1.2 You acknowledge and confirm that ReadManga will use various security technologies and procedures to establish a comprehensive management system to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

2.1.3 When using this service, you must comply with national laws and policies, and shall not use this service to engage in any illegal or irregular behavior, including but not limited to:

(1) Acts that violate the Constitution, laws, public order, social ethics, etc;

(2) Endangering cybersecurity, using the internet to engage in activities that endanger national security, honor, and interests, inciting subversion of state power, overthrowing the socialist system, inciting separatism, undermining national unity, promoting terrorism and extremism, promoting ethnic hatred and discrimination, disseminating violent and obscene information, etc;

(3) Fabricating and disseminating false information to disrupt economic and social order;

(4) Infringe upon the reputation, privacy, intellectual property, and other legitimate rights and interests of others;

(5) Produce, copy, publish, and disseminate information containing the following:

a) Opposing the fundamental principles established by the Constitution; b) Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity; c) Damaging national honor and interests; d) Those who incite ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, and undermine ethnic unity; e) Disrupting national religious policies, promoting cults and feudal superstitions; f) Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and disrupting social stability; g) Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or inciting crime; h) Insult or defame others, and infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests; i) Containing other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations.

(6) Other behaviors prohibited by laws and regulations.

2.1.4 ReadManga has the right to unilaterally determine whether you have violated the commitments under this agreement, and to take actions including but not limited to suspending or terminating services, pursuing legal responsibilities, etc. based on the results of the unilateral determination and applicable rules.

2.1.5 ReadManga has the right to delete any information you post on the ReadManga platform that is suspected of being illegal or in violation of this agreement without notifying you, and to handle it in accordance with laws, regulations, and the provisions of this agreement.

2.1.6 Regarding your actions related to the ReadManga service, including actions that you have not implemented on the ReadManga platform but have already affected the ReadManga platform and its users, ReadManga has the right to unilaterally determine the nature of your actions and whether they constitute a violation of this agreement in accordance with the law and regulations, and make corresponding actions accordingly. You should keep all evidence related to your behavior on your own and bear the possible adverse consequences if you are unable to provide sufficient evidence.

2.1.7 If your suspected breach of commitment causes damage to any third party, you shall independently assume all legal responsibilities in your own name and resolve them on your own; If any losses are caused to ReadManga as a result, you should also compensate accordingly.

2.1.8 If you violate the provisions of this agreement, relevant national authorities or institutions may file lawsuits, impose fines, or take other sanctions against you, and request assistance from ReadManga. If any damage is caused, you shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law, and ReadManga shall not be held responsible.

2.1.9 If you are suspected of violating relevant laws or provisions of this agreement, causing any losses to ReadManga, or being subject to any third-party claims, or being punished by any administrative department, you shall compensate ReadManga for the losses caused and pay all expenses incurred, including legal fees, notary fees, and other related costs.

（2） ReadManga's Rights and Obligations 2.2 You fully understand and irrevocably grant ReadManga the following rights:

2.2.1 Once you make any form of commitment to ReadManga and the relevant company confirms that you have violated the commitment, ReadManga has the right to immediately take restrictive measures on your account in accordance with the commitment or agreement, including suspending or terminating the provision of services to you. You understand and agree that ReadManga is not required to verify or obtain your consent regarding the information confirmed by the relevant company, and ReadManga shall not be liable to you for any restrictive measures or public disclosure behavior.

2.2.2 Protecting your information security is a fundamental principle of ReadManga. Without your consent, ReadManga will not disclose or provide your information to any company, organization, or individual outside of ReadManga, except in the following circumstances: (1) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party; (2) Necessary for us to fulfill our legal duties or obligations; (3) It is necessary for us to respond to sudden public health emergencies or to protect your life, health, and property safety in emergency situations; (4) To carry out news reporting, public opinion supervision and other activities for the public interest, and to process personal information within a reasonable range; (5) Process your self disclosed or other legally disclosed personal information within a reasonable scope in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law; (6) Other circumstances stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

2.2.3 Although ReadManga has made great efforts to protect your information and taken strict security measures, your information may be leaked or stolen due to force majeure or non ReadManga reasons (such as hackers, network service providers, and other third-party reasons), causing you losses. You agree that ReadManga can be exempted from liability, and you can still hold the responsible party accountable for this.

3、 Confirmation and acceptance of service terms

3.1 The ownership and operation rights of all services provided by ReadManga belong to ReadManga. You confirm that the terms of this agreement are one of the basis for handling the rights and obligations of both parties, and shall remain valid during your use of ReadManga services. If there are mandatory legal provisions or agreements between the two parties, they shall prevail.

3.2 The content of this agreement includes the main text of this agreement and all rules that ReadManga has already published or may publish in the future. All rules are an integral part of this agreement and have the same legal effect as the main text of the agreement. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any services provided by ReadManga are subject to this agreement.

3.3 ReadManga has the right to improve the service quality from time to time and modify the terms of this service agreement in accordance with the development of the Internet and the changes in relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China. The expression of your rights and obligations shall be subject to the latest terms of service. Once there are any changes to the terms of service, they will be announced through internal publicity. If there are any changes to the purpose, method, or type of personal information processing, ReadManga will also obtain your consent again. Please read carefully. You acknowledge and confirm that if you do not agree with the updated content, you should immediately stop using ReadManga related services; If you continue to use it, it is deemed that you are aware of the changes and agree to accept them

3.4 When using a specific service on ReadManga, there may be separate agreements or rules (hereinafter referred to as "separate agreements"). Please read and agree to the relevant separate agreements before using the service; By using the aforementioned specific services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to accept the relevant separate agreement.

4、 service content

4.1 Free online reading. Without registering and logging into the ReadManga platform, you have the right to use the basic services provided by ReadManga online, and you have the right to search for and browse some of the manga works provided by ReadManga. 4.2 Register for free reading. You have the right to use the following services provided by ReadManga after registration and login (ReadManga has the right to change and modify service content): You have the right to search and browse comic works, read and save reading progress online, and perform actions such as liking, commenting, following, and sharing comics after registration and login. You have the right to post and reply to comments in the manga discussion forum after registering and logging in; You have the right to participate in online or offline activities related to ReadManga's comic works after registering and logging in, and receive rewards from the activities. 4.3 Registration for paid reading 4.3.1 Some of ReadManga's services are provided on a paid basis. If you use this service, please carefully read and comply with the ReadManga Recharge Agreement. 4.3.2 According to actual needs, ReadManga may modify and change the charging standards and methods for paid reading services. It may convert paid works to free or start charging for some free works. Prior to the aforementioned modifications, changes, or commencement of charges, ReadManga will notify or announce on the corresponding service page and will not compensate users who have already paid. If you do not agree with the above modifications or changes to the paid content, you should stop using the service.

5、 Account usage and cancellation

5.1 You understand and promise that the account you have set up shall not violate national laws and regulations, as well as the relevant rules of ReadManga. Your account name, profile picture, profile picture, and other personal information shall not contain illegal or harmful information. Without the permission of others, you shall not open an account in the name of others (including but not limited to impersonating others' names, names, fonts, profile pictures, etc. or using other confusing methods), and shall not maliciously register an account (including but not limited to frequent registration, batch registration of accounts, etc.). You must comply with relevant laws and regulations during the process of account registration and use, and shall not engage in any behavior that infringes on national interests, damages the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens, or is harmful to social morality. ReadManga has the right to review the registration information you submit.

5.2 The account you registered on ReadManga is only for your own use and it is prohibited to license others to use the account in any form. If ReadManga discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that the user is not the initial registrant of the account, in order to ensure account security, ReadManga has the right to immediately suspend or terminate services provided to the registered account, and has the right to permanently disable the account.

5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your personal account and password, and bear all legal responsibilities for the activities you engage in under the name of your registered account. If you discover that someone else is using your account without permission, you should immediately notify ReadManga.

5.4 If you lose your account or forget your password, you can follow the process disclosed by ReadManga to retrieve your account or password. If you suffer from account theft or password loss due to improper storage or other uncontrollable factors, you shall bear the responsibility on your own.

5.5 You can apply to cancel your account to terminate the use of ReadManga account, but you still need to pay attention to the following points: (1) You can only apply to cancel your own account and follow the process announced by ReadManga for cancellation; (2) You shall still be responsible for your actions prior to account cancellation and during the use of ReadManga services; (3) After successful cancellation, account records, functions, dongdou, etc. cannot be restored or provided.

5.6 After you submit a cancellation application, ReadManga will review the application according to the process, and the review time will be [2] working days. If there are no special reasons, ReadManga will help you cancel your account after review; If you engage in malicious behavior of frequently registering and canceling accounts, or engage in illegal and irregular behavior, ReadManga has the right to refuse the cancellation application.

5.7 If you need to cancel your account, please open the ReadManga client, go to 【 My 】 - 【 Account Management 】 - 【 Cancel Account 】, and follow the prompts to cancel.

6、 Intellectual Property

6.1 The ownership and intellectual property rights of the content provided by ReadManga in the software and related services (including but not limited to comics, software, technology, programs, web pages, text, images, etc.) belong to ReadManga or the rights holder of the comic works. You are not allowed to modify, copy, duplicate, distribute, spread, display, distribute, sell, or engage in any activities that infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of ReadManga or comic rights holders without authorization. If any such actions occur, you shall bear corresponding legal responsibilities. If any losses are caused to ReadManga or comic rights holders as a result, you shall compensate for all losses.

6.2 Under no circumstances shall you use ReadManga's trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, website names, or other prominent brand features (collectively referred to as "logos") without authorization. Without the prior written consent of the company, you are not allowed to display, use, or apply for trademark registration, domain name registration, etc. in any way, either alone or in combination with the aforementioned logos, nor shall you engage in any behavior that expressly or implicitly grants others the right to display, use, or otherwise handle such logos. If you violate this agreement by using the above trademarks, logos, etc. of ReadManga and cause losses to ReadManga or others, you shall bear all legal responsibilities.

6.3 ReadManga respects your legal intellectual property rights. The submitted works through ReadManga will be protected by ReadManga in accordance with legal provisions and will not infringe upon your legitimate rights and interests. At the same time, you should ensure that you have legitimate rights and interests (including but not limited to ownership, copyright, and other intellectual property rights) in your submitted works, and shall not infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If any disputes arise in terms of intellectual property rights or other aspects due to your submitted works, you should resolve them on your own and bear civil liabilities such as clarifying facts and eliminating impacts. If you cause losses to ReadManga as a result, you should bear compensation liability.

7.1 You understand and agree that due to the particularity and instability of network services, ReadManga has the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all of its services based on the overall operation of the ReadManga platform or relevant operational norms, rules, etc. If this causes you losses, you agree not to hold ReadManga responsible.

7.2 You understand and agree that in order to provide you with more comprehensive services, ReadManga has the right to regularly or irregularly inspect, maintain, upgrade, etc. the platform or related equipment that provides this service. Such situations may cause the relevant services to be interrupted or suspended within a reasonable time. If this causes you losses, you agree not to hold ReadManga responsible.

7.3 You understand and agree that ReadManga's services are provided based on the current state of technology and conditions that can be achieved. ReadManga will make every effort to provide you with services, ensuring their continuity and security; However, ReadManga cannot guarantee that the services it provides are flawless, nor can it foresee and prevent legal, technical, and other risks at all times, including but not limited to viruses, Trojans, hacker attacks, system instability, third-party service defects, government actions, and other reasons that may cause service interruptions, data loss, and other losses and risks. So you also agree that even if there are defects in the services provided by ReadManga, the above-mentioned defects are unavoidable by the industry's technological level at that time, and will not be considered as ReadManga's breach of contract. At the same time, you agree not to hold ReadManga responsible for any data or information loss or other losses caused to you as a result.

7.4 You understand and agree that in the process of using this service, there may be risk factors such as force majeure that may cause interruption of this service. Force majeure refers to objective events that are unforeseeable, insurmountable, unavoidable, and have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, epidemics, and storms, as well as social events such as wars, riots, and government actions. When the above situation occurs, ReadManga will make every effort to cooperate with relevant units in a timely manner and carry out repairs. If any losses are caused to you as a result, you agree not to hold ReadManga responsible.

7.5 You understand and agree that advertisements, links, or other forms of promotional content placed by third parties on the ReadManga platform are provided by them themselves, and ReadManga will fulfill relevant obligations in accordance with legal provisions. However, you should still judge their authenticity on your own, and ReadManga does not make any express or implied warranties regarding their promotional content.

7.6 You understand and agree that if the service is interrupted or obstructed due to the following circumstances, causing you losses, you agree not to hold ReadManga responsible: (1) Damaged by computer viruses, trojans, or other malicious programs, as well as hacker attacks; (2) Your or ReadManga's computer software, system, hardware, and communication lines have malfunctioned; (3) Your improper operation; (4) You use this service through non ReadManga authorized means; (5) Other situations that ReadManga cannot control or reasonably foresee.

7.7 If you notify ReadManga in writing that you do not accept this agreement or its modifications, ReadManga has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of this service to you.

7.8 If you are unable to continue using this service or ReadManga is unable to provide this service due to force majeure factors, ReadManga has the right to terminate this agreement.

If any other suspension or termination conditions stipulated in this agreement occur or are fulfilled, ReadManga has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of this service to you.

7.10 Due to your breach of this agreement, if ReadManga terminates the provision of services to you as agreed, ReadManga has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the provision of this service if you subsequently register and use this service directly or indirectly or in the name of others.

7.11 Generally speaking, after ReadManga terminates providing services to you, it has the right to delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with applicable laws, and also has the right to continue storing other content and information that you have retained on our platform for the period and in the manner prescribed by law.

7.12 If you voluntarily terminate this agreement or this service, you shall handle the backup of data and other information, as well as the handling of related matters on your own. ReadManga shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result, and the manga and other services you purchased will no longer be able to be used.
